2022年春季学期，医学部304am永利集团的杏林学术沙龙活动如期举行。沿袭历年来逢双周四晚举行的传统，考虑到开学初科研工作活跃的老师们都忙于国家自然科学基金申报，本学期杏林学术沙龙自第六周开始，共成功举办七场。
本学期的杏林学术沙龙全部由304am永利集团创新实验室在读研究生主讲、研究生导师指导，每场安排两名研究生报告科研课题的研究进展，要求必须汇报数据“干货”，与会师生彼此交流探讨，这种安排，既是对304am永利集团研究生科研工作的一种积极督促，也是对研究生导师指导员工业务水平及责任心的一种正向激励，并逐步让创新实验室在读近四十位研究生打开了自主科研、团结奋进、勇于开拓、成果丰硕的科研新局面。
304am永利集团将继续以杏林学术沙龙活动为载体，不断整合科研团队，积极营造科研氛围，努力把创新实验室建设成为公司学术水平领先的公司产品平台，争取在未来取得更多重要且富有成效的科研成果，为学校科研水平提升和医学学科发展发挥应有作用。
